NorthEast Building Services provides quality building maintenance services at a fair price. We are a full service commercial janitorial service. We also provide special services, such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, floor stripping and re-coating, wall cleaning, ceiling cleaning, light bulb maintenance, Day Porter services, and more!!! Our employees are fully trained in cleaning all types of metal and stone surfaces, whether it be stainless steel, aluminum, brass or a marble surface…you’ve come to right people!
Our Process
We feel that communication with our customers is very important in order to serve our customers in the best way possible. Once you have expressed an interest in our services, we would follow our three step program:
- Survey of building
- Analysis of data received
- Design a cleaning program to meet your specifications
We follow this procedure because we realize that not all buildings have the same cleaning needs. The survey process is used to not only learn the layout of your property, but also to meet with you and learn what you feel is needed to maintain your building to your satisfaction.
Once you’ve decided to accept a contract with us, we will still encourage communication. We will want to hear from you. Any special requests should be directed to our management right away, so that we can meet your needs as soon as possible. From time to time, we will leave a survey card for our customers to fill out which rates our services. We will rely on this feedback to keep your service consistently high-quality.

Part-Time Carpet Cleaner Tech
We are looking for Part & Weekend Cleaning Technicians to clean, commercial carpet, tile & furniture etc.
Part Time Hours: 20-30 per week
Weekend Hours : 7-14 per week
- We provide all necessary training
- Candidates must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- MUST be prepared to work a flexible schedule – shifts will be made up of day, night & some weekend work for all positions.
